Beam Family

Michael, Kathy and Taylor Beam came over today to take family pictures. It was a very warm day today but we were able to get some great pictures. Despite the heat, Taylor was a great sport! She is turning one in September and is just cute as a button.

Michael is in the Army so thanks to him for his service!

Weiss No Longer...

Today Stephanie Weiss and Chief Rex Hartfield were married in Purvis, MS at the Purvis Fire Department. Amidst the firetrucks and family and friends they were united in marriage. The ceremony was beautiful. There was not a dry eye in the place.

Stephanie and Rex are both firefighters for the Purvis Volunteer Fire Department. Thanks to both of you for all of your service to your community.

Thanks guys for allowing me to share this day with you. Congratulations Stephanie, Rex, and Landon.

Lee Family Portraits

Well of course they are not all Lee's now, Kelly and Jaime are both married with their own families. These guys are really special to me because I took both Jaime and Kelly's wedding pictures. I have taken pictures for each of them separately since the weddings but this was the first time I got to take pictures of them all together.

Despite the chance of rain at any moment, we were able to get some great shots at the Lee's home in Lake Serene. We had a great time.

Jason, Leslie & Kinley welcome Garner!

I was thrilled when Leslie called me to come take pictures of her 1 week old, Garner. I took pictures of their daughter Kinley when she was younger so I could not wait to see how much she had grown. There is no doubt Kinley loves her new baby brother. We had a great time.

Foote Family Reunion

Chuck & Janie Foote had all six of their children and their families visiting them and I met them for a photo shoot to capture them all together. With 16 grandchildren and 14 adults, we had a blast taking pictures. It was very hot and humid but every one hung in there. The kids were great and were real troopers through it all.

April 20th, 2007 Shoot at USM Bridge

Today I had the privilege of taking pictures of little Zeke at the USM campus. We headed straight for the bridge. Zeke of course was fascinated with the bridge and the water. Funny how it is when children get around water and bridges they really do not care to have their picture taken! Against the will of a 2 year old we were able to get some great shots!

Beautiful Saturday Wedding!

Laci & Mikey were married on a beautiful and breezy day in McComb, MS on April 14th, 2007. Despite some stormy weather that morning, the evening was beautiful. The wedding was held at a family friend's home and the yard and home were decorated to perfection. It was a perfect place to take lots and lots of pictures!

Easter Weekend Family Pictures

Krystina emailed me about doing a family session the weekend of Easter for her family, her parents, and her 2 siblings and their families. We met at the campus of the University of Southern Mississippi. They mentioned this was the first time in over 10 years that they had gotten together for a large group portrait. We had a lot of fun, especially with the kids.

Aidan & Tanner Tallentire

What fun I had taking pictures of Aidan & Tanner for Aidan's birth announcements. Tanner is a great big brother and was great at taking pictures. Little Aidan was just a doll and was very patient with our poking and moving him around.

I took James and Kelly's wedding pictures so what an honor to be able to take pictures of their beautiful children.

Duff/Waldrop Wedding

This past Saturday I had the pleasure of taking pictures of Katie and Jared Waldrop...and of course Jack! Katie and Jared were married in Baton Rouge earlier that morning and we met later in the day for pictures. Katie was such a beautiful bride and Jared was equally handsome but nothing was as cute as Jack in his little tux! He was so cute and was such a good sport, despite a very long day for a two year old.

I wish Katie and Jared an eternity of happiness and I thank them for allowing me to be part of their day. I should have the rest of the pictures posted for the family to view in 7 to 14 days.

Birthday Invitations

Each year I have a blast trying to come up with new ideas for my daughter's birthday invitations. I just finished Elise's. Her birthday is on the 27th of this month and we can't wait to share her first birthday with her. Time has gone by so fast we cannot believe it. My Favorite Subjects

Last month I was able to take pictures of my favorite subjects, Emma & Elise. Emma is 3 years old and hates having her picture taken, not unlike her father. Well in the bath tub I was able to get some pictures because they were captive in one spot!
